(Considering the energy the air absorbs and comparing the distance from where the roar can be heard with a nuke, i can easily calculate that the energy liberated by that roar is of about 4,184 gigajoules, as if a nuclear bomb of approximately 1 megaton exploded. Either the US are dispensing freduhms in the past or that thing is pretty much hardcore.) He prepares some carvings in the ground, complex circular writings in a language that doesn't even seem made by a human due its strange features. He pierces his hand with the dagger and fills the carvings with his own blood before resuming the wait.

The man gets up and heads to the chest near his makeshift bed. From it he takes a well of cheese. He sits besides a huge stone block, using it as a table, and proceeds to cut it using a dagger he had between his clothes. He leaves his mask on the 'table' as he eats.
