O Hai! Happeh Mew Year! :)
First you creates a Lol and then you click the "Save & Submit." It takes a few weeks but then it will show up in the voting and people can vote on it.
It will also show up on your friend's feed when you create a lol and they can click and vote. So the more friends you have, the more immediate votes you get. Hope that helps!
