He's TORTURING and then KILLING these cats methodically. He is currently charged in BALTIMORE, MD with animal cruelty and mutilation. He has ties to NY and MA as well. All shelters / rescues / Craigs List people in the NC, VA, MD, DC, DE, PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, NH, VT, ME areas should distribute this WIDELY. He is traveling around and adopting cats that he then tortures through breaking teeth, beating, and dismembering!!! PLEASE NOTE: This is intended to be distributed to the rescue community and animal lovers as a "be on the lookout".

Thank you. You are a good person. You obviously believe in doing the right thing. You have a lot of morales that i respect.
