Just one second away (I do housework at the moment) and the collectible flew in. So than you for your offer but it's really no longer needed ;-)

I think I buy the last 2 ones. Over and done with and concentrate on helping others.

Did you find someone to send you the Me Gusta? If not, I have requested one from a friend and might have it tomorrow. If you think you won't need it, please let me know and I will let my friend know he can keep it. So close! :)
By MissAnthropy on Jan 24, 2012 at 10:18 AM
Oh good deal, thanks for accepting his request. :)

Sounds like a very likeable person. And he was faster than me. I confirmed the friend request a second ago ;-)

Ohai Ginkochiless! My cheezfren Buyerbware has been passing collectibles through me and your other friends to help you complete your sets. Would you mind if he friended you directly so he can help even more, at least until your sets are completed? He's very nice and very funny, and I highly recommend him as a cheezpeep. :)

I am very optimistic ;-)

That poor woman! Well I hope your temperature stays warm and you're in no such danger during tomorrow's commute. :)

The weather forecast says no. I go to work by train. So when there is ice it is only hard to walk to and from the station (5 minutes from my home by foot, 10 to work). But of course this can be dangerous, too. A couple of years ago I used the train as usual. The train stopped the doors flung open and a woman in front of me stepped out on the platform. In the next second she lay on the floor screaming of pain. What happened was that there was a roof above the platform. Melted water must have dripped (?) down and frozen. And of course leaving a train you just don't think about things like this. We called an ambulance but couldn't move her because she was so much in pain. Since then I am extremely careful ;-)

That's very scary and I'm happy she's okay. Do you think it will get cold enough tonight for your streets to turn icy from all the moisture? We get our fair share of icy roads and I'm always completely stressed out when I have to drive on them.

sorry meant 'earlier'

Very strange indeed. My mum lives 200km away and she was sliding on ice today with her car. We talked on the phone early and she was totally upset. About 15-20m she had no control and just hoped helplessly not to collide with something. Luckily nothing happened but close enough.

Definitely more like spring, which is nice, if unnerving. You are definitely having crazy weather! I would think freezing followed by rain later in the week would be very unusual? Our weather can and often does do crazy stuff somewhat like that, but I still think freezing followed by rain is odd. If nothing else, the strange weather gives everyone a topic of conversation. :)

Wow, that is really warm. More like spring ;-) The weather here is a little bit strange: At the beginning of the week freezing cold (literally) then warmer but very windy and since yesterday it is raining hard.

You're quite welcome. Sounds like some icky weather you're having there (unless of course you favor rain; we don't get a whole lot so I don't mind it much). Today we are having unseasonably warm weather near Denver -- 60 F or around 16 C. Normal January weather is much colder, around 40F / 4 C as the high during the day. Mind you, I'm not complaining. :)

Thank you very much. It's about 7 pm now, finally home from work. It's raining cats and dogs outside.

Here you go, one Any Key. :) I'll check again tomorrow to see what you need. Have a great day (or night, you're in Germany, much later where you are than here where I am!).
