OOHHHH i just thought of an idea instead of having voice y dont you show your pictures with a popular song as a slide show so when people type in the song name they see the anime, atleast i would, click on it because it looks cool!!!! then when you get lots of views you'll be able to ask at the end of the slideshow if people want to be voice actors, jus remember to not be a b*tch as u put it

no but i can i found it on deviant and loved it but i can do a good job looking at something and copying it, btw if you look at my pix dey are origionals, if u wan me to do something that could help u with ur cartoon i will try it!

what alot of people do is record their voice and either fast forward or slow down their voice to sound chipmunk or monster on windows, and as broad casting just post it on youtube if it gets popular your bound to have someone from around ur area be willing to voice act it. Jus say at the end something like looking for voice actor if willing to work for youtube popularity or something like that, but if you say work for free that'll turn people off but you put popularity in the pix it'll be more appealing. mabye even offer to put ur work on their sight so they get hits or fav credits for having the clip but u get the credit for making the work

i know if its manga u can send it to tokyopop and submit it i think once a year and the grand prize is like they will pay u to make the comic but if its just cartoon pix go to a website of the place you want to portray your art and contact them saying your intrested and they will prob want som of ur work to see and they will either say yay or nay and might sponcer u

hai new chezebud! i will entertain u from the too much time. So ur a "struggling cartoonist" u mean not enough ideas or not enough popularity cause if it was popularity issue just post it as your pix and switch pix every time u make something new tt's wat i do but if it's an idea u need i would suggest an animal sleeping next to a fire place with a steaming cup of tea to their left hope this entertained u so you have 2 min of not too much time on ur hands
