*handfuls of my hair* I wish I could do more, it's driving me crazy... MSN is a Windows programme, so it wouldn't help much anyway. I know what you mean, I've heard that, too--about the vetting process and all. I wish I could have a say, but this is Emma's site. Much in the same way we protect original post plots, Emma has a right to do with her website whatever she wants. We're friendly and open and everyone has a say, but when it comes down to things like this where you're enforcing the rules, that's Emma's turf. She has a say in what goes and what doesn't. Our hands are tied in that department; not wrongly, but a lot of the times it feels unfairly... And stop calling yourself stupid. >=F Makes me want to tell someone off about saying that, but it's you, so I can't... Would you be willing to temporarily sneak into TeenRPG (just the PMs, I swear) to talk over Join Me or something? Slightly more instant, at least...?

Yeah, I've closed out..I feel like I'm going to do something stupid...I keep feeling like I missed something because I was posting when it left, so it feels like there's something missing. It's not as much fun not instant. I don't know anything about MSN...I know it's hard on Emma, I just, I think...there could be a better vetting process for members or something. Nevermind. It's stupid and unworkable...

Sorry, everything's crazy on TeenRPG... I'm jumping around between threads and talking with Banner. I wish we could have this conversation over MSN or something instant. X/ As far as I know, it more than likely will come back, but not for a while. I don't know how long, but until the trolls go away. As for the taunting thing, I'm more than positive that it wasn't the original intention, but... Right now, tensions are extremely high. Emma goes through a lot each time this change comes around, and so prodding her is like prodding a snake. She gets a lot of sh-t for this kind of stuff, and while I don't like this new change either, jokes don't pass by very well. She's only human and whatever anyone says even remotely against her, it's understandable that she'd be pissed and end it. I wouldn't want to deal with any of that if I were her, either... In my opinion, I don't think Dark was justly banned, but he had it coming for him if he thought he could just joke around like that while everyone was freaking out and expect it to be cool. =/ This happens so frequently with every change; I find myself constantly thinking, "Some of these people ranting are my friends. I wonder which ones I'll never see again after this."

That makes sense I suppose, but...it seems like there could be a better way. It better come back. I really, really don't like Emma right now. That little strip of SB at the top of the page is just like..she's taunting us, daring us to say something so that she can ban us out of spite. Also, this may be because I missed something as well, but was there a legit reason to ban Dark?

It was pretty much exactly that. =/ There were a lot of accounts made... Pretty sure about fourteen at the least. Most of them with one IP, some with a different one entirely... It was hard to get a handle on things. And, if it's any solace, things will more than likely return to normal. We've gone without the Shoutbox before and we got it back. Back then it was in order to intentionally keep it away, now it's about keeping the trolls out. I think it's in our favour this time.

I understand the reasoning, but...I don't remember the evidence. I remember a few instances, but they were all newbs and weeks ago, and they got banned right away...It's mostly just...I don't get it, why now, and not back then and it makes me mad, not because it's a change, I can deal with the change, I think, but more the fact that it just feels like a punishment for something that I don't remember.
