Without asking too much info, can you give me an age range (within 5 yrs?) and have you ever had family history of thyroid or had yours checked. In my time with music, I have seen many folks suffer voice deterioration for different reasons and that tends to be the biggest one overlooked by MDs. Oh and zephaniah! You would pick one of my favorites! Chp 3:17 - one of the rocks I hold when the storms rage....

Kyka, my sweet... you have a blessed spirit. Your vision (thank you for the detail) speaks to me and the music I offer God as well. I always seemed to FEEL the congregation's participation outside of space and time... I felt them like dolphins playing in the wave I offered musically. They could allow their spirits to play freely in the song and the prayer of the lyrics, all I had to do was be the wave God gave me the gifts to be.

BTW - I am a musician, voice & keyboards. I only offer my gift to God. I have written many songs with His guidance. Oh and don't worry about visions -- I have a sincerely mystic bent. If you can begin to discipline your mind to the awareness that God created everything in your body, every desire, and can satisfy you more fully than anything in this world, including food. Through prayer, learn to be aware of His satisfaction - you will less often choose the world's way of filling your desire. He gains nothing from your hunger...
