Good! Do it a couple of more times. You don't want to get into a rhythm though. And make sure you talk to her. Also, establish a safeword. That's a word she can use to make you stop immediately. You may also want to tie her up. This sort of thing can be used to build, or rebuild, intimacy.

She feels that she needs to be punished. If you don't punish her, she's going to punish herself, physically and emotionally. You have to give her absolution. Penance. Emotional punishment is fuzzy, it is complicated. It leaves scars that never heal because you can't see how much you are hurting the pony at the time. Physical punishment is much safer. You can ensure that you don't break the skin, and the pony will feel that they have paid for their sins. It isn't easy to do. Can you think o a different way to give her peace after her transgression?
