Hi thar! As I said, ur profile sounds equally intresting to me. I just want to discourage peeps who randomly add friends just for the sake of it. ++ Of the bands u mentioned, I absolutely love Morbid Angel (everything before "Heretic") and Incantation. The latter especially because of their excessive slow / Doom parts. The others I don't really know :-/ My other Death favs are Cannibal Corpse, Suffocation, Immolation... I don't rly listen to Black Metal, it has to be grunted vocals for me :-) ++ Yes, Kafka... I have his collected works on my book shelf! If I remember correctly, I discovered Paul Auster only after I read a review that compared him with Kafka! Do u kno Jorge Luis Borges? Another of my fav writers, absolutely brilliant fantastic reading. ++ Reminds me, I'm also a huge fan of TOOL - in my opinion the musical equivalent to Kafka, Auster, Borges. ++ Crowbar: I would recommend "Time Heals Nothing" and "Broken Glass", those albums are considered classics. But except for their 1st album (relatively fast, more hardcore influences), their style has remained relatively unchanged over the years. ++ Alright, enough for 1 mssg :-) Can u recommend 2, 3 Doom Metal albums for me to get the general picture? ++ Bye for now!
