No, he is a human genius who wanted to have a power like the doctor, only threw parallel worlds, unfortunately. He ends up having a almost equal painful life.

Yes... and no. My character is a normal human, that can change his form threw science and he travels in a T.A.R.D.I.S. he grew from the Doctor's, but he has built a device way before having a T.A.R.D.I.S that allowed him to travel to parallel worlds. He attached it to the T.A.R.D.I.S. eventually and he travels around not only in time, but in different worlds too. There is alot to explain about this character, but I'm writing a backstory for him.
