that's just weird. I mean, if he's at home, nobody else is around, and it's the middle of summer and the weather is too hot, THEN I can understand not wearing pants. but outside of that, it's just unacceptable. unless you're Scottish, or a girl, in which case, kilts or skirts are acceptable. it's quite obvious you're a fan of Gravity Falls. I went as the human girl version of Bill. I even drew Bill around one of my eyes! yellow eyeshadow for the triangle, black eyeliner for the arms, legs, hat, and bowtie. and I drew a picture of Bill in one of my notebooks during class because I got bored. and on Halloween, I exited every class shouting "REALITY IS AN ILLUSION THE UNIVERSE IS A HOLOGRAM BUY GOLD BYYYYYYYYE!" it's obvious Bill is my favorite Gravity Falls character... X3
