Ahaha, lol, It's cold here, reaching 3 degres, lol, not fun ;) Same, sleep all day if I could, lol Sleep all day and stay up all night :P "Me when I have to go: I have to go... Bed: But... I'll miss you... Me: Five more minutes..." I love to buy books, but never read, I'll read second hand ones, but the ones I buy, never! I mean, once I've read it, I'll now the story, so I wouldn't read it again, I have a stack of old "New" books sitting at the bottom of my room, lol. same, my handwriting is fit to be a doctors, lol.lol XD OMG! I don't have on right now, brb, lol going to make coffee, hehe~ It's actually really sunny here, just bitterly cold, the nicest at winter, we get a lot of rain in the summer. Oww~ Nice, cinnamon~ love the stuff. Vanilla is to die for~ lol Ahaha, lol. I a good, currently in between studies, I have two major projects due so yeah, happy time ;) I'm well, wasn't feeling too good this week, but I am more happy today, you?

Hello Sabrina, I'm sorry to hear you are a bit ill and hope that is no longer the case. "Teaching" in quotes, because my degrees are not in education ... I only have a certificate to teach English as a Foreign Language (TEFL). Nope ... can only speak a very few words in French, though I intend to learn. Fortunately one of my French friends speaks English well, so she can interpret for us. (actually she is German, grew up in Eppstein, but has now lived more years in France than Germany. I once knew a little German, but have forgotten most of what I knew. I would like to visit Germany too, but I don't know anyone in Germany and I do in France, soooo, I go to France. I hope too, that someday, someway I will be able to live in France or Germany, but it seems that if you are not a member of the EU, the odds are against you. But as I always say, "never say never." :) I sympathize with the stress you must be experiencing with your studies. I imagine the pressure is much greater than it was decades ago when I struggled through my studies. (I wrote my papers with a "typewriter!") Can you believe it? I wish you the best in ALL your endeavors, Sabrina. Just remember, our "destination" in life is not the REAL objective ... it is the JOURNEY itself that is the REAL DESTINATION. Each step we take is a step forward, no matter how fast or how many steps we take ... and each step is a success all on its own. I like your plan to hitch-hike (especially not on your own ... times have changed.) If I had more "faith" and "courage" I would like to try something like that. I have a friend once who bicycled around Europe for a year. No plan ... no money ... just a bike and a free, adventurous spirit. Amazing. I hope you are able to finish your studies by next winter semester too. Thanks for your faith in me and your encouragement. It means a lot to me. Take care of yourself Sabrina. LOL I am the opposite XD LOL I love it, althiugh, I shall never write in it! It'd ruin it ;) lol ... I know *shudders* It's horrid, it's weid, everytime I talk to you, it seems I have a cup of coffee by me, weid, huh? ;) lol. It was adorable! Aww~!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that breed! Hello Sabrina, Please don't feel bad ... you have no reason to feel guilty. I am sorry to hear you were ill and hope you are feeling well now. Thank you for your kind wishes. I finally made it to Europe! I spent a few weeks "teaching" in France. It was a wonderful experience, but much too short. Fortunately I was able to return and spend the holidays with dear friends in France and enjoyed the best holidays I have ever experienced. I was planning to go to Germany, near Amberg and "work" (without pay, room and board only), just to be able to stay in Europe, but my friends convinced me that this was not a good idea. Oh well ... I am happy to hear you received many wonderful presents and I hope you had an extraordinarily Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year's celebration. I hope 2012 will bring you (and me too) much happiness and many, many blessings. Do you have any plans yet for the new year? How is your work for your Philosophy Masters thesis coming along? And your Biology studies? Are they going well? When will you be finished with your "academic" studies? (The "real" learning never ends ... ) :)) I know I will be returning to France for a visit later in the year, but I don't know when. I would like to find a job somewhere in France or Germany and move to Europe, but it is just so difficult for a non EU resident. Being an "old man" doesn't help either. :))) But as I always tell people ... "Never say never!" :)) I send you best wishes and warm greetings, dear Sabrina, from ... wherever I am. :))) Take care, my German friend, and remember that you are in my thoughts often. Eric
