Hiya Rufus! Not much out of the ordinary has happened in some time, save the snow I mentioned yesterday. Just sorta the same ol' same ol'. We had a nice winter holiday with the in-laws, seen a couple good movies, gotten together with friends who live about an hour away, and have been trying to keep up with several TV series we watch, while looking forward to the coming seasons of others, especially Game of Thrones. Before that starts we'll be going on our annual spring camping trip to Florida. We've attended the same retreat for almost 20 years now, although gathering everything we need is still hectic. You'd think we'd have it down to a science now - not! My niece is taking a break from her career as... drumroll... an archeologist for foot surgery soon. She's flying from southern Oregon to upstate New York to stay with my brother/her dad for the surgery and recuperation. I sure hope she doesn't have any problems given all this crazy weather we've been having. While I would have much preferred to get all this snow doled out in several smaller batches, we've needed rain so bad for a couple of years now that we'll take what we can get and simply be thankful it wasn't the 22" a town 2 hours from got! // So, that's me. I'm sorry the post-collectibles ICHC hasn't appealed as much. There are issues now and then, when there's a glitch or they decide to once again try to fix the parts that *aren't* broken, but I still love seeing the pics and getting fairly regular laughs, at least on my DB. Genuine laughs, with no satire or biting edge are truly rare in life so I take'em where I can find'em. The other kind are fun, too, but can get a little depressing if that's all there is. // How have you been?
