Well, with the avatars they have to actually email the mods to complain, which means they reveal themselves...looks like they don't want anyone knowing who they are. The terms of service/use clearly state that users of the site must be over 13 years of age, and at 13 I would have laughed until I cried at my avatar - kids like off-color jokes, too, whether or not their parents approve (and most often when they don't approve, aifinkso!). :o)
