*tilts head* ...time machine?

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 2:53 PM

My Time Machine. *I press a button and the T.A.R.D.I.S. appears before you*

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 2:45 PM

And...what might that be?

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 2:44 PM

Well... alright... I guess it would hurt to show you Type 25.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 2:12 PM

*follows* Wait, perhaps I could assist you for a bit. My quest isn't very time sensitive.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 1:51 PM

You go do that. *runs off*

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 12:02 PM

Haha! That's the spirit! And I shall keep on my quest of finding a sun!

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 12:00 PM

Oh... alright... I guess... I guess I should head back to my box... and... save some ponies, I guess.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 11:48 AM

Of course I do, you need something to keep your sights locked on to survive like this. Yours can he saving lives, mine is a sun.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 11:45 AM

*sigh* You really think that would help?

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 11:45 AM

Huh, well maybe that should be your quest then. Save as many ponies as possible. Don't think about wether or not it really matters in the end, just make a positive influence in their lives and keep doing it.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 11:11 AM

But... I have no purpose... I save people because... I do...

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:47 AM

Sorry, you misunderstand. It's a term we undead use. You see, each time you die, you lose part of yourself, your humanity. There are ways of getting some of it back but it's...difficult. If you die enough times to lose all of it, you lose yourself entirely. Now, there are also ways to slow the process of hollowing mind you. Having a purpose, something to fight for, retaining hope, it makes it happen much more slowly.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:43 AM

I was hollow when I was alive... what difference does it make? I helped so many, yet they forget me. I feel so lonely.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:40 AM

Oh don't worry, you get used to the idea. And being like this no doubt comes with advantages, it gives you all the time and do-overs you need to accomplish what you want, and allows you to face danger without fear of death. You still need some caution however, you don't want to end up going hollow...heh...

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:36 AM

But... I made my rotting corpse grow again... my ghost fell back in my body... I'm... I'm alive... I am...

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:23 AM

Not on the inside you're not, your humanity is fragmented now, incomplete. On my better days I have a pulse, seem perfectly healthy, but that doesn't mean I'm alive. Death is a permanent thing, your first one at least.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:21 AM

Well, I'm still technically alive... well, you know... science and stuff.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:13 AM

Oh yes, *chuckles* that gets easier too. Forgetting. At first you try to hold on to your memories, but you quickly learn it's a fruitless effort and let go, and it's a nice relief when you do. Why I hardly remember a thing about when I was alive. The only thing I need to remember is my quest.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:10 AM

Well... I believe there where other times, but I regenerated... I have a complexing story, I start to forget it.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:06 AM

Ah, I see, I remember my first... It gets easier each time, I assure you.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:05 AM

Well... I think I died only once.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 10:01 AM

And it's not exactly the only reason I'm considered an unnatural deviant. *softly chuckles once again* So, you've only died the one time, correct? Now what type of undead are you exactly? Could you die if you wanted to or are you forced to keep coming back? I'm the latter.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:54 AM

Well... quite a story there.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:52 AM

Oh, so you're quite the traveler then? I am myself. And yes I'm used to such treatment as well. For some time wherever I went ponies wanted to lock undead up as abominations against nature. *laughs unfittingly*

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:48 AM

I've meet many rulers from other worlds... they don't like them very much. We are viewed a violent devils and should either be exterminated, or changed to be one of them. I've seen few worlds where they want peace with us. I fear that this universe is having a choosing point. Good thing the locals don't know.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:42 AM

Well, if that's true wouldn't the best course of action be allowing her to question you? That is unless she's too fearful for rational thought.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:40 AM

Well, I'm considered a human. Humans are not exactly a fondness of hers... she wants me questioned and if I plan to take over Equestria. I have no intention thou... She is just scared.

By Solaire_of_Astora on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:37 AM

Wanted for what exactly? Being undead? Because I've encountered many who aren't too fond of it myself.

By AndysLife on Aug 12, 2014 at 9:35 AM

Well, I've seen her... she wants me captured for being a wanted creature.
