Trouble with a rain storm in that area is the steam that happens as soon as it quits. ickysticky. I know about the vinegar/alcohol mixture but don't remember if I ever did it. Might have. Yes, she might have to use some stuff up. Seems like there's always a new improved product that I probably bought sometime thinking I might use it. Even more than the windex is the paper towel use. Seems to just yank off a handful and dispose of them wet but not really very soiled or holed. I've been retrieving them and letting them dry out. Still perfectly good enough to clean up after the cat. oh, hmmm, maybe this has already been said. I went and bought some extra sheets today so she can make up the beds without having to wait for the laundry to dry. Couldn t find colors I like in the quality I want at a price I'm willing to pay. Nothing unusual about that. How much does it really matter anyway? have a good weekend. Stay cool.

About vinegar for window washing, I 'm wondering if my helper will go for it. She's using windex like it's going out of style and paper towels by the handfuls. I rescued a bunch from the garbage that were dame but not soiled looking. Good enough to wipe spills off the floor.(and cat poops)

ohai, yes, the yesplis has been moved a year on June 1 and already had a garage sale last week. I can't imagine collecting that much to discard that fast when they got rid of so much before they moved. It's a very nice brand new house with not much else around yet but it snows A LOT. and is just now starting to warm up. it's 68 here today. Not bad but still doesn't feel quite as warm as it should. I bought nice cherries from somewhere in Calif. but the neighbor's tree is barely showing any pink yet. If you send any warm, just what you can spare to be comfortable, ok?

ohai, glad to know you're doing better, healthwise. Time with Mom will be rewarded at some point, I'm sure. we're hanging in, feeling well, hoping for "spring" to get here. Probably will hit us between the eyes with 100 deg days soon. Kinsey is turning 15 about now, still doing ok except the poops on the rug.

Congarapturez! How you ar these days? Hope you're well. I'm ok. Trying to get to spring, much less end of the world. spending too m;uch time on fb and not enough here........

Ohai, how you doing? All's well here. Got a service to come "babysit" the old man a few hours so I could go out for a while. Met my bff for lunch. came home and found the house clean and man fed his lunch. Life is good.

Since T day I had the loveliness of tooth problem crop up . The one back of the earlier this year one. The bitterness I was tasting apparently was from the ick of the infection. So another root canal coming up Mon. Not in pain and not so apprehensive this time. STill shudder at the cost and inconvenience. It could be so much worse, and would have been if I didn't go in right now.

LOL. I meant my own personal (mental) bandwidth, like attention span. sort of a dumb joke there. Thanksgiving at my brother's is always great. My sister in law is Italian and is a fantastic cook. for once I actually got to talk with my brother more than just greeting and saying thx/by Janet plugged right into my service here. She said she unplugged the modem and turned it back on. Maybe i just forgot to try that. I think I poked the reset. She said "DONT " that it would lose the custom setting. Think most of my problem now is the attention /patience . Yes, geeks would make a housecall but I try to figure things out on my own. Same as not going to doctor if I can help it. And Best buy store is only about 4 miles. They have printer advertised for today about $150. Probably much easier than mucking about trying to find the right drivers or whatever but I slept til 9:30 and didn't really want to go out. Maybe tomorrow. Maybe not. I did check bank acct and that's at least not a proble

Thanks for trying. I looked and tried that and several more. It was making some strange mechanical sounds so I took it down for geeks to see. It didn't do that while I was there but is still doing it. 2 of them tried about the touchpad and the best suggestion was to tape a cardboard over it.. Maybe enough people will complain and Sony will fix?/ don't count on it.

Think I'll take a nap now. It's hot today and air is bad. My guy Kevin came yesterday and today to make a guard rail for me by the garden and he took some junk to dump. Back Tues. to fix hinges and a few more things.

Are you familiar with "smart computing" magazine? I've subscribed to it for a while now. It tries to give help in real English and I stll get messed up but the latest referred back to Nov. '09 for intro to win 7. I started to read some but got drowsy. It seems to be saying that if you have a perfectly functional xp you can do some things to make it a bit more win 7 ish. Kind of breaking ourselves in slowly. I saw the thing to make recovery disks but didn't have the dvds. so exited. then when I went back to see exactly what was needed I couldn't find it. some things seem to disappear if they are offered and you don't accept right away. Guess I just have to go get the disks and hope for the best. Janet called last night and said why not just make a backup on the harddrive. Possible but I thought this specific program would be easier. Not if I can't find it. She'll be here a few days 9-23

Ohai, haow yu be? Havent' talked for some wiles. I started to compare some laptops at the bestbuy site but tax return is still pending. It should be enough to get me anything my little heart desires, computer wise. Listed is a toshiba that is consumer reports check rated. don't know if it's really an advantage to buy online. The store is only 4 miles away and I'd want to touch and feel it anyway. Think maybe you said once about office edition being better but I didn't understand why. How's your beach? Hope the tar hasn't messed it up. that is so outrageous. NO MORE DRILLING.

About a month ago I "joined" facebook, a collossal waste of time but see that a series of messages is kept in order so you can see more easily what's been said. About yesplis, no, . The gf will be out this weekend to more or less finish up things and have a nice dinner with family. Her house sold and will close next week, the new house will close within a few days, just about enough time for the van to get there. She didn't say but I think property is cheaper in new location. Ypis only going to pay rent/ share expenses and rent out hers. Thought about whether to sell but not enough time to list and stage etc. besides that prices are down so she might lose$$$ anyway. Janet said the same about her hoped for move to San Diego, that she would rent out hers for 2 to 3 years and hope price would recover enough to break even at least. If we don't move there with her she can stay with friends for a while /rent. Cousin's ex wife has a rental there she might be able to have if it's not too $$$ I

Seems like having to lift your foot manually could possibly be hazardous? Glad you're feeling some better. I saw a full page ad in the paper the other day about relief for back and leg pain, call for details, kind of thing. Seem to have tossed it when I ws tidying without remembering to get the phone or url just in case you might be able to use that. Could be just a smoke and mirrors scam too. Took huzbum to dr. today. His numbers were good too, come back in 4 mos. I'll see dentist, dr and cardio nurse and go out to lunch all within about 1 week's time the end o fthe month. That's what I call "hectic schedule" Just came back from walkies around the block. Didn't think about it being school out time. Cars parked for blocks in every direction waiting for kids . only about half of the kids seemed to be walking home. They might live quite a distance but they probably should be walking when the weather is so nice.

About the last call she was saying , again about my need for new computer. I said, when I get tax refund. So she knows she better make the time to do it when she comes over Memorial day weekend. She seems always to over schedule her time. Since you advised to wait for sp anyway it makes sense to wait til I also have $$ enough to get what I think I'd like without having to cut corners and then maybe be disappointed.

Hi, I'm good. Went for pre appt. lab work which came back all in good numbers. Sry that you're not doing well. my Janet called and said she was having back and leg pain again, something about a cyst on the vertebra? causing pressure when she sits too much working and not moving around enough. Talked of surgery before but then it was better. Hoping to just take care and avoid the surgery

I've only had schefflera indoors . A lot of older people and some younger are scared of their amenities. I have a hand drill that goes at 28000 rpm. How am I going to control that working on miniatures? But with men it's "more power" I wanted a drill but it didn't have to be that much. Arly discovered the teenytiny catnip seedlings in the box today. I'll probably need to start over on that one. Not even a mouthful. Tired now. thinking of a nap but have old man trying to dig 2 holes to plant the overgrown cape plumbagos dig about 2 shovel fulz and sit down about 20 minutes. And I already dug out the plants so will need to get them in or put in a bucket of water.

got to learn to take pictures. the camera is a handmedown that if she had stayed a few days over Christmas yesplis could have shown me so much more easily than figuring it out on my own. Good that you have that nice therapist right there purring you to feeling better.

Ohai, I didn't realize your pain was so extreme. Glad to know you're on the way to recovery. we're well here and will go to my brother's 80th bday party tomorrow. No , i didn't take a chance on buying watermelon as my sil asked. Got pineapple, grapes, berries and cantaloupe to "arrange attractively" lol . Presentation is not my forte. Have a nice EAster.

the ginger tea cant' hurt and it's good for your digestion. Maybe you heard this from Tookat? I buy the crystallized ginger and chew on that after dinner and have added hot water to drink it too. I also sometimes add the essential oil to my bath. You could rub that on the ouchy places. Not straight from the bottle. Got to go. I'm almost falling off the chair asleep.

gluten free pancakes. says it serves 4 but I don't believe it. 3/4 c buttermilk, 1 egg, 1 tbsp canola oil, 1/2 c tapioca flour, 1/4 c cornmeal, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/8 t salt. Ok , i'm sure you know what to do with it.
