Thanks for the congrats. I don't make it to the sites very often anymore. I'll see that a friend favorited or made something funny and go to their dashboard.I do most of my favoriting my phone anymore. I've got to be at work by 6 AM and most nights we've got grandkids here until 7PM.That doesn't leave a lot of time to surf the sites .

So far it isn't easier to use. I'm thinking it just has more sites to 'leak' all this info to.. I do appreciate how easy it is to post the lolz to facebook but to find stuff like I used to isn't as easy. To make or find the comments at the bottom of a good lol, I'm not seeing it. . I have a tape/DVD player and pick up tapes at yard sales...I don't remember how I did it but I ordered a combo machine online then went right to walmart and bought one... I have one in storage for when this thing konks out...I have no smarty sass remark about your brother and his BETA- max. It's a 'what ever floats you boat' thing. I heard once that the BETA- max was a better product and I forget why it didn't go over and the VHS won out. cost and price maybe? meh.

Believe it or not, my brother still has a working BETA-max player and several boxes of tapes. The BETA we're dealing with here at Cheezburger isn't the same thing, but it's disliked just as much. I just wish they would finish all the tweaking and get this crazy thing finished.

You remember when the Beta-Max came out at the same time as the VCR oh boy... I didn't get a tape playier until after it was a done deal and the Beta was a joke... Why is that being brought back now? It's the same thing right? Or is it just the dislike that's the same?

There y go... a positive use here. Yay... I use the political ones to voice my opinion onto F.B. since most of my F.B. friends are painfully opposed to what I believe to be right and true. I also post/share the scriptural sites I'm friends with.. I don't get out much so this is my way of sharing the gospel. I've decided though... when this computer dies I'm not replacing it and I will have to visit a library to use theirs. I have lived in this city almost 4 years and I still don't know where the nearest library is. Like I said, when this computer dies... I'll go looking. I'm going to go peruse thru your site now. I've never sought out that format so I'm learning new stuff. Happy Caturday!

As they say in LOLspeak, "Ai no likes teh chaynges". I'm having a better time going through my friends favorites pages and browsing them. There's a lot of stuff there that I've not seen yet. AND there's page numbers so I don't have to go through the same stuff over & over to see what I've missed (a pet peeve of mine). I don't have, nor do I EVER plan to have a Facebonk account. As for the "sites", I use mine as a page of good CLEAN humor. I've given the web address to our computer-savvy associate pastor so he can have some fun in his down time.

I'm hearing lots of complaining about Facebook changes too... So far NOONE I'm in contact with like the changes. I thought it was just me and my dislike of change. I was never a very computer savy person anyway so not understanding is normal for me. I really don't like that now I can't get to my albums on F.B. I figured I'd get used to it in time but some changes are so hidden from me that I can't work around what I can't see. Same for Cheezland stuff. I don't need a 'site' what is that? duh.

Thanks for the ego boost. I was beginning to think that nobody liked my new stuff. Keeping an eye on the "who favorited you" my the homepage is the only way to see what folks like any more. I'm not real happy about that change.

I certainly can relate. My wife & I are avid readers that passed the love to read to our childeren & grandchildren. We have LOTS of books in our house.

Thank You! I've spent the day doing my favorite things and just a little on this great chore I have to do... Alphabetize all my books according to author. I have several years of these books because I belonged to a book club. They sent about 4-12 books a month. I gots lotsa books. I only have 10 bins... me thinks I shoulda got more when they were on sale.

Not a thing wrong with giving her a lovely card every day starting on the first of her birth month until the actual day where you add flowers and what ever gift you wanted to give.Dual purpose. It blesses her with your sweetness and helps you when you have just the right amount of cards to remind you of the day the big gift gets given.
