Now that's very interesting. Hmm. Wikipedia has links to photos of Aviles. Ah, yes, there are some of faces on fountains. Those do indeed look extremely similar to the Celtic Head on my avatar and to other Celtic Heads found in England. I think you're right, that it's because they are the same people. No other culture has quite the same style. That's an excellent observation. I think you've discovered something there that nobody else has seen.

The pic in my profile is a Celtic head, probably 2500 years old, from a well that was near where I grew up. (The village woke up one morning and discovered it was a few thousand years older than it had thought the day before. That's one big hangover!)
