You're welcome. Just be very careful when switching IDs that you use the correct name with the correct email. Otherwise, you will register a new name with one of the emails. That's how Ebil Maus came to have a blue AND a brown avatar. We call this "DID", which is aka Multiple Personality Disorder. Also, parts of your ID information are stored in cookies on your PC. If you ever delete the WeirdPress cookies, WP will have to re-verify you and your first few posts could take a while to show up.

Part 2 (of 2) Once you're active, it's easy to switch: just type the desired name and matching email address in the fields and post. I think you need to be logged out of WeirdPress when doing this, but I don't really know, since I don't have a WeirdPress account. And obtaining multiple email addresses I leave as an exercise for the pupil (hint: Gmail). Clear as mud? Let me know if you have questions.

Part 1 (of 2) BF, here's how I do the "quick identity switch" with ICHC comments. Hopefully it's understandable. In ICHC comments, your "quilty" avatar is based on the email address used on the comment. So, to have more than one avatar, you have to provide a unique email address for each personality. I use one address for Maus, another for Ebil Maus, and a third for YNG. You can also have multiple names on one email address, but they will share the same avatar. Cmdr Data and Sir Real are examples with my "Maus" personality. One thing to know: any new name will be checked out by WeirdPress, and will take anywhere from an hour to a day to appear. So when you create an new one, you have to keep checking back to see if it's active yet.

Oh, and your explanation was excellent! I fear it's my brain that's sometimes a bit fuzzy. Thanks again!

I use the HTML "strike" markup. I'm going to have to explain it in writing, or WeirdPress will eat it, so bear with me. I am going to assume you don't know HTML. My apologies in advance if you do. To start the markup, type the "less than" symbol, aka "left angle bracket", then the text "strike", then the "greater than" symbol, aka "right angel bracket. Type the text you want. Now type type the "less than" symbol, aka "left angle bracket", then the text "/strike", then the "greater than" symbol, aka "right angel bracket. The "/" is important: it's the "close markup" operator. Clear as mud? Let me know if you have success, or problems.
