The guard is beating at the door, however there is no way he can reach an alarm button. After you've filled up your bag you have two options; you could try to find a window to sneak out of, or you could just break down the glass facade. The latter option may cause an alarm to go off, but could also earn you street cred.

"H-hey!" the guard says and runs to the door, trying to open it but failing. He is now trapped, giving you some time. You have two choices; either disable the cameras before you rob the store, or just robbing it letting the clip stay on tape.

You consider your options. Going for the camera and the stairwell may get you spotted, but at least you don't risk a fall. Going for the vent means you won't be spotted, but it could be dangerous.

The top of the building has a small hut, probably the one with the staircase. There is a camera on it. However, on the upper wall of the building there is a vent. Technically one could make it fall off, then jump to the vent system. Technically.

The store in only one floor high, while the nearby buildings are taller. There is two cameras on the front of the building, set up so they cover each other's blindspots. A single unicorn guard walks inside, looking tired.
