Well, I did to then I took nutrition in school. Our bodies need the proten in the meat to have the nutreints we need to survive healthfully. It's sad but that's the truth.

I'm healing from a couple of broken ribs via my dog Leah. I'm waiting on warm weather to plant my herb garden again. My dad plowed over my garden to maken a bigger veggie garden. We're fixing the chicken house up so we can have eggs. I want to get 2 pigmy goats for goat milk and goat cheeze. We were thinking about getting a dairy cow but we'ver had cows before. Angus and Herford beef cattle. I was 12 or 13 at the time and would cry when dad would take them to turn them into hamburger, ect. I really wish we could have horses again. We had about7 at one time.

Age is faster. Doggoneit. I break bones easily now. I have a lot of stories to tell though. Way back when the village I live in REALLY was a village There were fields on both sides of the only road. The other roads were dirt roads. Now, we have an air base here and the fields are slowly giving way to housing developments. I miss the country. I miss the smell of newly mowed grass and hay. I love the smell of oiled leather . Bridles and saddles. I don't ride with a saddle but I like the smell. How r u?
