(we'll go with the tattoo for now, still bloody hard to get off and it proved his point that he wasn't powerless, we'll say I wanted to but didn't know how so I just tattooed her though Dusty will probably still be pissed at him xD)

(we were basically antagonizing each other, dizzy said he'd protect you no matter what... she said that he could never defeat her and said he was afraid, so he drugged her with something in the air and marked her the same way dust and dizzy were marked while she was out... to prove she was at his mercy)
