Been doing outside -- no treadmill or gym membership - gonna have to figure out how to do that soon as it's gonna start hitting the nineties-- may have to go out really early - if i make it at all. No - i WILL make it out - lol - gotta think positive - i'm trying to get into a routine as i'm getting seriously out of shape and they keep doing all these studies on how sendentary lifestyles are so bad for us. Gotta get out of my sendentary pyuter butt ( i work on the pyuter too all week). Gonna try to make it to my parents this coming weekend for teh 'small town parade' and such - then the big 'fireworks' friday night. You enjoy too!

Doing just fine, thanks for asking. Do you walk outside, or do the treadmill? I do both, depending on the weather; in the summer it is much too hot to walk outside here, so I resort to the treadmill. The gals in my neighborhood love to walk - two of us are really dedicated, and some of the others are 'on and off' for the walks. We go at a pretty good clip (7.5 miles in two hours), and we get to gossip, plan outings, bunco parties, lunches and movies while we walk :-) Hope your summer is gouing great!

Thank you !! how are you doing?? i ed'd that you do a 7.5 mile walk as often as possible - bless you - i'm struggling to get in a 30 min walk - about1.5 miles daily. Hope your summer is starting well. **hugs** kris

He's adorable! Go Penn State >^..^< I'm a west coast alum (UCSB ,we had a terrible football team. BTW) so with many friends at USC, I was a Trojan fan.... Dad was a Northwestern Alum, so when the Wildcats went to the Rose Bowl in 1996 we had a huge Rose Bowl party at my house with family and friends :-) Go cats!!

I think Grommet loves to tease the feral bois thru the windows... she has two spots where they can look at each other, and they love to do the 'kittypaw dance' on each side of the window. She's such a flirt, despite her age and being neutered ;-)

Dusty is my 16 yr old kitty, adopted from the shelter with her sibling bandit when they were about 3 months old. Bandit has gone over the rainbow bridge years ago - not sure what caused it. When dusty was 10, i thought i'd get her a new companion - she still is not happy with me -- so - i went back to the same shelter and davinci a 4 yr old grey tabby * my current avatar* decided he was gonna charm me and come home to meet dusty. He's now 10 - i can't believe how fast time flies. I don't have any ferals, but apparenlty some neighbors are not indoor kitten owners and there's one ginger who loves to tease my babies thru the back door. I look forward to seeing you on my dashboard!

Fanks fur asking. MacKenzie and Grommet are my avatar furkids. I adopted them at 7-8 weeks old from the shelter; unfortunately, Mac passed away (accidental poison, the vet said, even tho they have always been indoor only their whole lives) two years ago, so his sister Grommet is an only kit now; I feed several ferals who come in from the golf course, but they will never be homed ~ too wild .. how about you?
