Hi Olivia, thanks for adding me. I wanted to ask about the new Trolling collectibles. After the collectibles came out, my 6 year old niece wanted to help me get them so I added her G-rated account and don't allow her to accept friends and she can only log on when I am with her. I wish there was some way to block the new set from even appearing on her account as I don't want her encouraged AT ALL to go to Demotivational, photobomb, Senor Gif, etc. I enjoy scrolling through them but it's way to mature for any kid. Any chance of blocking this set? Out of sight out of mind is what I'm going for. I don't even want her wondering all the time why I won't let her earn any. Just a thought. Otherwise, kudos to all you folks. ICHC has come a long way and just keeps getting better.

...oops, I got cut off !! (ha-ha, just kidding). No really, it's great. I just sent a message where I finally saw the countdown counter appear. I feel liberated from the shackles of the old 1000 character limit. That comment you had in the feature announcement (comparing the countdown counter to the award show orchestra telling you to wrap up your Oscar acceptance speech) was REALLY funny. Srsly!! I think the magnitude of your sense of humor would qualify you to judge LOLs for inclusion in the various FP's. Hi Olivia. Well, since you are designing and managing, how about managing to design a "countdown counter" for this message box. It could go right next to the text below that says 1000 character limit. As you type it would tell you in real time how many more characters you have available to put in your message. As it is now, if you type too much text in a message, the overflow text just gets cut off. I bet one of your crack designers could crank this feature out in a day or two. (PS: I have been asking customer service for this feature for well over a year.) Thanks, Len

Hi Olivia, how are you? Are you doing anything fun this weekend? I saw in a newspaper article that your company hit the jackpot with regards to cooperate funding. I forget the dollar figure. But that's great. So are you a software developer, or user interface tester, or anything like that? Or do you decide which LOLs make the FP? It's cold in Boston with lots of snow.
