My parents are very religious and not open to the idea of my non-Jewish girlfriend nor my atheism. It's been rough as they have been disconnecting from me, but hearing her say 'Yes' when I asked her to marry me helped me remember that it is my life to live, not someone else's vicariously. Being with someone who loves me for who I am rather than what I am MML.
Someone at work had brought their 5 year old daughter with them to the office today. During lunch, she walked around the cafeteria handing out little notes on which she'd drawn hearts and written "have a nice day". Seeing peoples faces light up due to this little girls' act of kindness MMD :)
