Things are going well here. I'm anxiously awaiting news from my oldest daughter. Her doctor says she could deliver any day. I'm glad that I was able to bring you a smile by making LOLs with your pics. I like to check out friends pics and see what I can do with them.

It's not something that the religion as a whole does. It came about several years ago and different pastors have their own version of it. I was talking to a man from another church in our fellowship and he say his pastor does the meat part one week, the drink part the next and the media the third. He was astounded that we were doing all of it the entire three weeks. Another removes one item a day for the three weeks. Different strokes for different folks. This is the third time I've done it. Not everyone in the church participates, and it not something forced upon us. If I chose not to do it, it would be between me & God. It's just a way to readjust my priorities.
