Thanks for completing my set! Is there anything I can send you for yourself or a friend? Cheers!

Thanks for the Chemistry Cat! Is there something I can send you for yourself or a friend?

Howdy kittydoc and thanks bunches for the Catberry! Is there anything I can send you for yourself or a friend? Cheers!

Good grief!! You know what's really sad? I'm actually going to do that in order to get the ones my friends need. Curse ICHC! They're like heroin dealers -- get us hooked then make it hard to get the same level of fix. Then you have to do it just to stay 'even'. ARGGGGHH!!! I may have to reconsider and decide to be just out there for myself. Get/trade for the four and then not care what extras I get and give them away to whoever asks. Why oh why do they want to suck the fun out of this?

Hey coastiecat. Our brilliant friend SW has hit it. Start on MB, clear til you get what you need (1,2,3 or 4) THEN log in. You won't get the MB one but if you stay logged in then go to ICHC and do the 2 pages, the same number will come up and you'll get the parallel number then. (ie: if you need a skate, clear til you get a foreveralone guy log in then go to ICHC). Log out, clear out then reverse for MB. (if you need a dinner--go til you get a toothpick-log in (no toothpick rec'd) then go to MB, do the two pages and you'll get the dinner. It's not TOO much worse then before. But I have to say, I do feel like they are trying to close the "clear cookie loophole" so more people have to BUY the collectibles. Maybe I need a tin foil hat, but it's really making me crabby. ICHC was supposed to be mindless fun after a long day of work. I maybe couldn't have long conversations with my good friends all the time, but I could at least help them out and now---grumble, grumble, hiss. :) Anywho, I know you are in the same boat. So there you go.

SilentWing has been the only person I've talked to about it. I'm having the same problem today. The only way I can get a collectible is to clear my browsing history, sign on and THEN and ONLY THEN visit a couple of pages; which, of course, means I can't pick which collectible I get, I have to take what's offered. I normally use IE 9 but downloaded Firefox this morning to see if that would work. Nope, same thing. ARGH!!

Hi Coast2C, I saw you and SilentWing were having problems getting collectibles. I haven't been able to get an ICHC set for 2 days now. Heard from anyone else?

By kittydoc on Aug 1, 2011 at 6:16 PM

You're welcome!! I don't need anything thanks. I'm just trying to pay forward some of your kindness. I figured you would find a good place to park a monorail kitty. Happy First Day of August (Dog Days o' Summer)!

By coast2coast on Jul 31, 2011 at 2:05 PM

Howdy! Thanks for the Monorail Cat. Is there something you could use for yourself or a friend?

By coast2coast on Jul 27, 2011 at 2:20 AM

Here's the Hipster -- and that's what the extras are there for: FRIENDS!! Kamp has slowed down but there's still fun to be had: http://cheezburger.com/coast2coast/lolz/View/5015328000. And don't miss the continuing adventures of Spotz and Patch by LittleAPC.

By kittydoc on Jul 26, 2011 at 7:38 PM

I hadn't intended to ask for anything but I do have a friend that could use a hipster kitty if you could spare it. How goes Kamp Kuppykakes?

By coast2coast on Jul 24, 2011 at 12:28 PM

Thanks for the LOLkitteh! Is there anything I can send for you or a friend? Cheers!

By kittydoc on Jul 24, 2011 at 8:13 AM

Thought you would know of a good home for poor little lolkitteh. Nice FP too! I'm just catching up this weekend. Have a good weekend.

By coast2coast on Jul 11, 2011 at 2:59 AM

You're welcome for the collectible and I'm glad the mind meld LOL gave you a laugh. Sorry about your housetraining woes! Is your basement cat a rescued stray or feral kitty or was his early training with his fur mommy just not particularly successful?

By kittydoc on Jul 10, 2011 at 9:03 PM

Here's a big damp, sandy, whiskery fishy hug for my LOLrus!!! I was sure I was never going to get him. (Especially with all the strangeness with the collectibles.) So I stopped by to say thanks then I saw the mind meld dachsie and lol'd and lol'd!! When I get 10 consecutive minutes--I'm going to go through the rest of your new ones. Sounds like you had a good holiday--crowds are overrated. I went to see a fireworks show which was nice--been a few years for me. This weekend--less fun. I found the new corner where my Basement Kitty has called dibs for litterbox. Spent some lovely times cleaning it up. I tell ya, one of these days, I'm going to invent a veterinary "Bad Cat Cork" and retire to my yacht to live a life of leisure. :)

You're welcome and I'm definitely ready for the 4th because I stocked up on groceries on my way home from work yesterday and I don't HAVE to leave my property 'til Tuesday morning. If I get twitchy I'm sure I can think of somewhere to go but I'm planning to get some projects done around the house, play some computer games and maybe even make some LOLs! Hope you have a great weekend.

By kittydoc on Jul 1, 2011 at 5:20 PM

Thank so much for the bukkit!! I haven't had a chance to visit for a long time and was afraid I would be hopelessly behind with the new ones. How are things with you? Got your sparklers at the ready?

By coast2coast on Jun 3, 2011 at 3:51 AM

Oooooo, you and my twin sister! Even though it's what my sister calls 'inspirational' I don't think I could handle a sad doggy movie. The concept of pets outliving their owners is one I have a real problem with. I'm a TOTAL wuss! Closing in on 100 degrees? Yikes, I don't see why it ever has to get above 80. Yup, 80 is plenty, thanks very much!

By kittydoc on Jun 2, 2011 at 5:18 PM

I know what you mean!! Work is busy busy and there is so much I have to do outside (yikes). And sadly it's pushing 100* here which is completely miserable. I did get to watch a movie yesterday--Hachi A Dog's Tale. It's a fantastic wonderful movie that didn't get released to theaters in the US but went straight to video. If you have Netflix and love goggies--it's a must see.

By coast2coast on May 24, 2011 at 1:16 PM

Howdy stranger! Glad you're back. My weekends are now (and as far as I can see into the future) are devoted to DIY jobs around the house. It needs SO much work!!

By kittydoc on May 23, 2011 at 8:19 PM

Hi C2C, I feel like I have been in quarantine. Sure missed talking to all my cheezfrends--I'll never catch up on all the laughs I missed. I've been getting my yard ready for a new deck. Can't wait for summer burgers on the grill and dog parties in the backyard. Doing anything special this weekend?

By coast2coast on Apr 29, 2011 at 8:53 AM

Thanks so much for the Lawn Mower, kittydoc! Here's a mounted robocop just for you. Cheers!!

By coast2coast on Apr 26, 2011 at 7:54 AM

You're welcome and thanks for the advice! Now that Easter is over I expect to see the fireworks stands going up any day now, along with red, white and blue BBQ accoutrements in the grocery store. Then on July 5th: Halloween candy.

By coast2coast on Apr 25, 2011 at 10:02 PM

Yes, I did and Silver, who liked sleeping on the computer desk, was banned from proximity until THAT LOOK wore down my resolve about keeping the cats away from the computer. I'm doing okay but struggling to get some work done on my house without committing justifiable homicide on some contractors...

By coast2coast on Apr 22, 2011 at 3:10 AM

Mr. Bun will only be here until Saturday when I'm sending him on an Easter excursion to the great white north -- hence the warm clothing -- then the bacon cheezburger with return!

Not to worry about me putting the sump pump away -- it's a permanent fixture in a well in the corner of the basement. My main problem is keeping the dang thing working!

By coast2coast on Apr 18, 2011 at 8:58 AM

Some sound and fury but nothing like a lot of folks in Virginia got, thank goodness. Of course the Potomac is still supposed to rise more than 6 feet above flood stage right near me a couple of times in the next 2 days... which reminds me, I should check my sump pump again...

By coast2coast on Apr 16, 2011 at 12:10 PM

Thanks for the Choklit Bunny kittydoc! Let me know if you'd like any of my extras. Cheers!

Oh, and a post script to Molly's-closest-approach-to-a-skwerl-EVAH: she was simply devastated. She sat down in the snow and stared at the skwerl, which was sitting a few feet out of reach in a pine tree scolding her. When she didn't move after a few minutes I dropped my snow shovel and slogged over to her. She was whimpering quietly under her breath!! I'm not kidding, she was simply crushed. I skipped the shoveling and waded through the snow over to the dog park where she could tell her friends all about it and then run it off.

It was very slow last night and there was a stretch of HOURS this morning when I could not get to my Dashboard at all -- and that's where I spend most of my time on ICHC.
