Yeah. They can. I don't know what 'determines' it, but it can. Yeah, and a couple of gallons of chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with whip cream and chocolate sauce.

My parents were audited once...I think it was a '5 year' audit (the worst one is a'7 year') YIKES! I don't think there are enough kittehs and puppehs in the world to fix that.

Thanks and too true! I hope it doesn't come to that though--eeek! I think if I really did get audited, I'd show it with the biggest baskets of kittens and puppies I could find (and maybe some cupcakes :)
