i dont have one myself but my dad has PLENTY lol. i would like to hunt in one but i usualy hunt in a ground blind.

true true, although in my opinion it's a lot easier to carry than wood. lighter.

ooooooo fancy! um my dad has a nice synthetic 12 guege (aka the cannon) lol but i think i like plain ole' hardwood. synthetic seems to plasticy to me.

niice:D i don't remember exactly the gauge, but i've got a vintage dark maple shotgun, i think...it's Winchester. hafta check next time i'm at my dad's(: do you prefer synthetic or wooden guns?

YEA! but im fine now. i hunt with a shotgun for the youth weekend. a 20 guege single shot.

yup(: i love the kick bows and guns. when i was younger i'd cry and fake out from shooting my gun because of how loud it was and the kick it seemed to give my dad when he shot it. it's actually awesome to me now. were you ever scared of that?

my daddy said once i'm able to pull my cross bow string back (60 pounds) i can get a compound. :) hehe. wish me luck with THAT.

yea it doesnt work for that cuz you pull it back and hold it then let it go. :( and you have to pull back 40 ponds.

you can get a bow puller! i have one. you hook up two hook thingies to the string and pull back with tow handles. idk if there's one for compound but yeah it works great for my crossbow.

yea i started about 2 years ago and i got my first, a button buck last year. i only hunt one weekend a year cus i cant pull back a compound bow. and you cant use a crosbow in illinois unless ur handicaped. so that sux.

i started huntin two years ago. got my first deer, a 3 point buck two Januarys ago, didn't have luck last season, but have high expectations for the coming rut!(: and yurself?
