Alright, here goes: he was a normal unicorn that lived in a land outside of Equestria (assuming Equestria is a country) called Maxtopia. However, during his lifetime an epidemic similar to the holocaust occurred, forcing him to leave. During this chaos he was forcedly separated from his family, and he lost his arm/ horn in a bomb accident. He was all alone in the world until Mare Muerte (I'm assuming you know her) took him in and cared for him. Since his broken horn means his magic is extremely unstable, he decided to build a mechanical arm, so the limits of his magic cannot exceed the limits of the arm. However, due to his sad and cruel backstory, he has a tendency to go into blind rage. Is it vengeance? Nopony knows, but when it happens, it's best to stay out of his way... (I'll let you work off of that for now :D)
