ohai, nice to hear from you! I don't actually correspond much - doesn't seem like there are enough hours in the day usually. Football is not my thing, but it was, of course, a let down...We'll get them next year! Try to keep warm on these chilly days! It'll be 90 degrees again before we know it!

Ohai, and fanks for the birfday wishes! I live in Cherokee. I too have lived in various spots around the ATL. i suggested once to ICHC that they do birthday reminders like F/B does, but that doesn't seem to have happened yet. I guess I have to make a spreadsheet or something for my cheezfriends so I can make sure to acknowledge them.

Hi there, and a Happy, very, very Belated BD! I need to get my friends information organized somehow so I can keep up with BDs, names, location, etc. You had said earlier than you're in NW area and I am exactly west, so I was wondering if you're in Cobb or Paulding. I've lived in both--actually feel like singing the song "I've been everywhere, man . . ."! Before moving to Rome, I'd lived in Fulton, DeKalb, Rockdale, and Clayton. Guess the only one I've missed is Gwinnett and I don't think I've missed anything about there. My sis lives there--traffic is horrendous! TTYL--Deb

I hear ya - I have also lived in various parts of the city and some rural areas. I like where I am now - traffic is a problem, but it's near enough stuff to keep me occupied.

Sorry if you get this twice. Having lots of trouble on this site last few days. Any way--Douglasville now. Am an Atlanta native and lived in every surrounding county at some time, but moved to Rome (or suburb of it) for 25 yrs. and LOVED it. Only moved back here to take care of terminally ill mother. Sure miss the laid-back quiet peaceful countryside--and all the animals & stars!! Just too many people, cars, and too much noise here!
