An here I am crawling slowly to the top of the hill! But like you said, it beats the alternative!!!!!!!!!! There was a poster showing the old log off "It is now safe to turn off your computer" The caption was something along the lines of "If you remember this you're old" Really crumbled my cookies. That's what I see everytime I shut off my computer.........That's one reason why I'm not online at home!

Ohai, Thanks for the gud wishes, dey alwayz help! This man has gud references, I have already checked a few ob dem and one said he was a 'miracle worker'! The others said he was 'professional' and 'did a fine job', and he 'fixed their problems in no time' and was 'very fair with charges'! So, it looks like I lucked out this time! lubz, Polly

I don't mind letters, but I DO mind guys that do shoddy work and take advantage of folks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope this new guy does right by you. Bleach is good for killing mold, but you definitely need to have windows open when washing walls with it. Once again I'm wishing for a magic wand so I could fix everything for you, like I've wished for one for Tookat and Myroom and my other friends with problems of one kind or another.

Ohai psom, NO, I haven't heard from dem yet! I've decided not to ask dem about da 'mold', I'm afraid dey mite condem da house and we won't hab enywhere to go! So, I'm gonna try to clean it again and git someone else to repair da roof (dat I just had replaced, and the guy wrecked it when he put on da new front porch cover! Same guy! I've tryed and tryed to get him back out to fix it but he won't cum back, he kept tellin me dat he'd be here in 2 weeks, but he neber came! It's been ober a year now!). I've tryed to git other people to cum out and give me an estimate but, dey won't cum out eiver. This time, I've found sumone who will cum out and fix everything that's wrong here, so finally, I'll see some peace! He has bery gud references! And he won't kill me in da process, not to mention, he's an 'older' man and he's retired so he won't charge an arm and a leg, maybe just a finger or two! I'm stoked about it! All I hab to do is get this carbon/monoxide test done, (today, I hope) and tell him when to start! I did it agin, turned dis into a letter, sorry, but I am happy! Ohai psom, I tried to git back to youz earlier but my pooter borked agin! I jist let it sit dere for a whyol, an cool off (it wasn't hot or enyfing, I just kept tryin to get back on and it kept not lettin me) so, it either forgot to not let me, or it's OK now. As far as perserverance goes, I don't really hab eny, I gibe up way to quickly! But, bein ob da Irish persuawshun myself, I'm full ob blarney! Ask anyone! Ohai agin, I haz Multiple Sclerosis, an I haz to go ebery month. My immunity is gone an I catch eberyfing cummin down da pike! It sux! He nebber does enyfin for me, but still i haz to goez! It's a long way off, too, bout 130 miles round trip. I usually try to schedule a grocery stop wiff it, so I can kill 2 wiff 1 stone, dat helpz a little. Me an my microwabe are bery close, I use it eberyday! And I will beez 61 dis month. Don't seem possible, I was 35 just a few day ago, but I'be slept since den! Well with the exception of the doctor, you could be describing MY life! Cooking for one is a drag, but having a crock pot helps. And never forget the microwave.....I'm coming up on sixty, very few friends, no family to speak of except my sister in law and one of her sons. They have kitties too. And nephew Jason is a cheezpeep, but like me has no internet at home.

Ohai psom, I don't inbite enyone here, and I don't go enywhere odder dan doctor and grocery shoppin, for da furrys (ob korse). Dat suitz me just fine! I do like to cook but, cookin for one is not bery fun! I make big quanities and freeze individual portions, dat way I kan just pop into microwabe and hab gud din-din! I'm old, an set in my wayz, so I don't like surprises, ebery now an den is OK, but not on an ongoin basis. I'm just a 'crazy old cat lady' and proud ob it! I lubz my goggie an kittehs, bery much, an dey lubz each ovver, too! I don't hab eny friendz, or much family left, so I do depend on my furrys for companionship, an I wuld do enyfing for demz! Wiffout dem, I wuldn't hab a life at all. So, I feel like I haz a bery gud life. Wiff ICHC, my life is complete! I do hab sum bery gud friendz here, not da kind dat borrowz tingz and nebber gibe dem back, ob korse, but da kind who ask "How are you?" and really mean it, an wuld help wiff eny problemz you're habbin, like finishin your collectible sets! Wasn't there a semi-disgusting cartoon character that used to pucker up, close his eyes and say that, with maybe a slight French or French-Canadian accent? Bet our hubby's are off somewhere being sill together! It's almosst Rick's birthday, that's tough, but not as bad as it used to be! It does get easier, just takes a while.
