If you had read it more carefully, it says that the dog may be adopted in a certain time period if it is perfectly healthy. However, if it is sick, even if it is curable, the dog will be killed right away, even if it has a owner.

well, i feel for the dogs, but i translated the page and read it, and the Romanian Government does have a point. You can't just let stray, disease passing animals run through the streets infecting people, and possibly other animals. Plus, they said people CAN adopt them, within a certain amount of time, so they're not being un-fair. I didn't vote either way. thanks for sharing, though.

Hi cheezfriend! Just letting you know I changed my name. Used to be Awesome_Person_1245, but now, as you can see, I'm Cessie :) So how have you been?
