Probably because you've never talked to an old woman that was married for 24 years. I had to really fight emotionally to maintain my identity during my marriage and sometimes I think the only thing that my ex could not kill was my sense of humor. Look Emily, it's all a learning experience to develope you into the best woman you can become. Enjoy your journey into adult. That doesn't mean you have to smile all the time, just remember that tomorrow, everything may change.
