I had to look that up. "Honest" Ed Mirvish, writer Daniel Richler, and actresses Cynthia Dale are supposedly in the video as well. I saw Moxy Fruvous as the headline act back in 93. A unknown Jan Arden opened for them and blew us out of the water. Bought her album after that. 26c here today as well and a little muggy. Not east coast muggy but too much for us wusses. Explains why the shirt is off.

Pain it forward - which means the recipient of a pain does a pain for three others rather than paining the favor back.

Pupkin - pumpkin, close enough. Looked up the name and Rupert Pupkin is the character Robert De Niro plays in The King of Comedy who wants to achieve success in showbiz, by resorting to stalking his idol, a late night talk show host. Makes the name and her online persona even funnier now.

Thanks! Speaking of fan clubs, it has been almost 20 years since Selena was killed by a fan club president. Makes me wonder why they call my fan club magazine "Heyman Beat"

I posted the Bieber one on Facebook with the heading "Sh*t just got serious". I was more worried about this than actually winning or losing the game.

Doctor Who is one of the best shows. Tom Baker is my first Doctor. Loved his voice overs on Little Britain. Other shows on Netflix worth a try are Misfits, The IT Crowd (though not as ITee as I thought it would be) and SHERLOCK!!!!

Big fan of Stephan Fry. Named my cat Black Adder, Adder for short. Kind of wish his tv show QI would show up on Netflix.

Speaking of Netflix, I really enjoyed Lilyhammer and Kingdom with Stephen Fry. Steven Van Zandt is currently filming the 3rd season of Lilyhammer!!!

Thanks! i wasn't even going to go on ichc today but glad I did. My plan for the v-day was buying tacos, twizzlers, Dr Pepper and binge watching "Archer" on Netflix.

They managed to shrink wrap and ship Don Cherry over. He has to be a million times more controversial than Rick Mercer. I could see RM not wanting to go or make the decision himself. I can see him thinking that it is about the athletes. Cause you know me and RM are tight, I read his tweets once.

Is Rick Mercer in Sochi? If not we should start a controversy about it.

Heygirls is probably better than Heymanatees, though it does have a certain ring to it.

Haha, I did make Christmas sound bad here. My ex has a big family and we made the mistake of living on a acreage with her parents. Non stop in-laws for 15 years. This is actually a really good Christmas.

Nothing as fancy as Swanson. My daughter is living out of town, this will be the first year I will spend Christmas alone. I picked up a 12 hour shift and was thinking about celebrating Jewish Christmas - Chinese buffet. My mom lives in Medicine Hat and she is putting a lot of pressure to go visit but it is 11-12 hours to drive there. Crossing the Rockies in the winter is not all that fun to think about either. Her and my step dad have had some health issues this last year so there is a lot of guilt for not going to visit. Hope you have a great Christmas and New Year!!!

I read today that if you live in Peterborough and misspell a letter to Santa, Canada Post will return your letter to you. Was that your letter that got returned?
