Well, you know how you can find a bright side in almost everything if you look? My hubby has been sick (not good) but since he's home from work I get the van with the A/C (good)

OOhhh I shudder to think how hot it's gonna be! I'm gonna be staying inside and not going anywhere, because the a/c in my truck stopped working recently, and it feels like a convection oven if you drive with the windows down LOL

Yeah only $7! That's all that was left after entering three kids in the tournament and all the extras that go along with it. It sure was fun tho. Oh and don't worry too much about her little brothers, the 4 year old (also in karate) and I had this conversation today. "Do you want to go to sparring today?" " Yes, I like to kick heads" LOL!

Nah! I only played $7 and lost it all LOL. But the kids had fun and Cami (my daughter) got 3rd in sparring so I have a world karate champion in my house ^_^

Haha! I resisted Facebook for months til my sis talked me into it...and when I made a profile I found a bunch of my cheezpals there, so now I see them both places :). OOOh Excalibur, the kids would love that!

Thanks for the link, we actually haven't picked a place to stay yet. We usually stay in the Days Inn by Fremont street, it's usually like $35 a night and I don't mind driving around Vegas to get to all the sights. Someone told me that it's not there anymore tho, so I may really need that link!

I'll be going to Vegas at the end of this month, I can't wait. Do you gamble? I do, but not much, cuz I can't afford much. But a few pulls on the slots are fun, and the hubby likes a few hands of blackjack.

I grew up in Northern California, and it rains there pretty often, and pretty much ALL winter. It's so funny, my six year old is pure AZ, he was telling me today, "I wish it would rain Momma, I love the rain" When I was six I hated the rain, because I saw so much of it! Now I'm with him I can't get enough.
