Canadian geese in the zoo? It's not like they're exactly rare. At one park I sometimes go to, Sparky loves to chase them. But geese can be vicious watchbirds, to I keep him well away. Yeah, is a same about the collectibles. Have you gone to the Collect All the Things site?

it is funny, I haven't submitted anything for a bit, still look at pics everyday but miss the collectibles...I still have tons extra and coins..I went to the denver zoo and the animal they had the most of??? candian geese! lol they were in every habitat, following the kids around with food etc. we have a few here at work that are annoying, poop everywhere. yesterday all I saw on top of the door coming in was a long goose neck and head.

Kids these days. What are they thinking? I was taught to always wipe before entering.

my son's friends smoke. so they were going in and out. luckily the back door, which is tile in the hallway, but they used the stairs to scrap the mud of their shoes. Made my son help clean it up. Had clay in it so it wouldn't just sweep or mop, had to scrub it up with a brush, now need a new brush lol! only used that brush when I had my old cat who lost so many teeth she dropped the food on the ground alot and that was the only way to get it off the kitchen floor, was a brush.

Mud, yuck. My house has wall to wall carpeting, so I usually take my shoes off when I go in. Don't mind mowing, it's sort of a zen time for me. Only takes 1/2 hour too, unlike 6-7 hours when I was growing up.

mowing laws = yuck. my son may move out soon and I can't or hate doing it. hard to pull the cord to turn it on. This weekend my house was a mud bath! they are redoing the driveway and left it all dirt and it rained so that was not fun. they have filled in some with gravel so at least we are not bringing in mud.

Actually mowed the lawn today. And it needed it. But there's a frost warning for tomorrow night.

By rbj on Mar 23, 2012 at 9:21 AM

That they are. I think I'll have to mow the lawn this weekend.

don't want to say goodbye to the warm weather yet. bet your poochies are lovin it.

My power didn't go off, though I almost wish it had. The weather radio kept going off last night over the goings on in Michigan, but there was one broadcast out of Cleveland about a storm in Vermillion. Figured the front would move through your area.

By tltlbjt on Mar 16, 2012 at 10:52 AM

hmm didn't hear a thing. The night before the power went out. I sleep with a sound machine as I think too much and my son is too loud so it helps me sleep. I never put it on rainforest as the cats go nuts with all the bird noises. i woke up with them both jumping on me and I was like wow what are all the birds doing up so early spring is here. then it dawned on me that the power went out and the default sound is rainforest. got up too early!

So did any of last night's nasty weather hit you? I got a bit of rain, but was south of most of it, though there was one thunderclap that made the house shake.

Good to hear. Always a bad sign when it hurts to breathe.

ahhhh went to chiropracter, and moved me around, massaged some, and I sat in the massage chair for 15 minutes. hot bath at home and I feel a tad better. got muscle soreness but not afraid to breathe or cough or sneeze now.

Yeah, the human body needs to be redesigned.

kinda irritating. I can do alot and nothing, then twist to get a pen and wowzers. I really don't get it.

Mine is pretty good, but once in a while, or when I do Aikido, there's a little "reminder" to tell me that it isn't 100% and do I really trust it. Sounds like yours is much worse.

I am doomed. was a cheerleader, majorette, and worked as a waitress 12 years, 3 car accidents, so my back will always be messed up I have been told. I normally have a high pain tolerance but this is worse then it has been in the past!

By rbj on Feb 27, 2012 at 4:01 PM

Oh gosh that does sound awful. When I hurt my back a couple of years ago I couldn't bend at all. Took PT and some spine manipulation to get everything right. But once hurt backs never seem to be 100% again.

By tltlbjt on Feb 27, 2012 at 3:06 PM

ahh she is cute. I have a bad disc in my lower back causes sciatic issues all the way to my ankle. sucks. exercise helps quite a bit. but abut 5-6 weeks ago I hurt my middle/upper back. They thought it was my kidney again, same spot they took out 20% of the kidney, but that is fine. pulled muscle they say maybe. so basically now I can't do the lower back exercises either. seemed to be getting a tad better, then last week was in a conference room chair for 3 1/2 days so that just messed me up again. going to try the chiropractor again. arg

Here's Susie: http://cheezburger.com/Asset/View/5897374976 She's got a date with the groomers tomorrow evening. So your back went out?

By tltlbjt on Feb 27, 2012 at 1:49 PM

ok where is the pic of susie???? I am ok, pulled back out 5 weeks ago, it seems to get better and then worse, sucks!

Looks like there's going to be a St. Paddy's Day party: http://cheezburger.com/rbj/lolz/View/5901088768 How have you been?

By rbj on Feb 17, 2012 at 8:14 AM

Wow that is a big kitteh. I guess they are otherwise in good health? Ugh, dental procedures. The little one will have to be knocked out to have her tooth pulled. Expect to find a dazed kitteh when you pick her up. Busy this weekend, maybe next one I'll be able to get Susie to the groomers, it just seems like that's what she's used to.

By tltlbjt on Feb 17, 2012 at 7:37 AM

I took kitties to vet last night for annual stuff. my cuddles has gained more and is 18 lbs 11 oz, was hard for me to carry him, should have squeezed him into the wheely carrier I have but it is meant for small dog/cat not a giant one. the baby (Flipsy) still has 2 baby teeth, that concerned them a bit one was loose the other not. they say they may have to pull them yikes!

By rbj on Feb 15, 2012 at 7:05 AM

They are good friends. Usually I'll come home and find them both asleep on the couch (I'm the master and I have to go to work while they sleep on the couch?) Susie definitely had been a pampered pet. She knows "out" and "potty" and just wants to sit in a lap.

By tltlbjt on Feb 15, 2012 at 4:53 AM

By tltlbjt on Feb 9, 2012 at 7:45 AM
