Maybe its coz i only have one of each collectable? i notice u have 2 or more of some, so maybe i can only give spares? no gift box popped up on mouseover, only the view and buy buttons show

It's ok! You go to the collectibles page and mouse over the collectible you want to send and click on the giftbox. A window will pop up, and a list of people will show up, and you can choose from the list who to send it to. I hope I explained it well enough! If not, I'll try to think of a better way to explain it.
