I've been a stoner most of my life. Friends have "Health & Safety" recommendations and ask why I don't get a card ... that's when I remind them I don't have a medical condition. Yeah, Harley and Mistah J are my favorite couple. I adore Harley, plus you've got to wonder just how broken a shrink's brain can get after The Joker gets a hold of it.
