See something you like? ;D Well, "blizzard" might be what others that aren't used to having much snow calls it. What I should've said was simply "snowing". Also, I'd never manage that heat. I was once in Rome and the Vatican on a 10 hour tour during the summer vacation last year, and I began hallucinating after 8-9 hours. 40°C with little to no shadows coupled with me not being able to drink much before I simply can't take any more (about a litre of water during that tour) sure gave me some experience on the Italian summer. At least it was gorgeous there and I've made some memories from that vacation.

If only it would stay with us for more than a couple of days. The temperature here is varying so much between -10 and 5 degrees Celsius, it's not even worth it to shovel the snow away; the sun does the work for us if we just wait a few days. Then again, there'll be a blizzard coming right after the sun's done its work. How's the weather in Chile?

More then likely choosing AJ this was just for today. It was to show that I'm switching from Twilight to Applejack

Honestly, those that downvoted the Christmas tree post don't bother me so much. I just care about those I managed to put a smile on because of the post, the comments and the general jovial spirit of the community.

Yeah, it definitely wouldn't be a bad thing to hear more people's opinions and jokes. However, I think a lot of those I missed got a bit cross with me for not remembering them, or maybe there's been just one or few persons that downvoted the post. Wouldn't have been the first time I've experienced the latter.

Thanks, man. I made it a few days before Christmas Eve and had it just waiting on my laptop until the Christmas feeling went away. Even after these festivities are over, we'll still have plenty of laughs otherwise. :D

You can embed youtube videos too. If you choose "share" then "embed" under a video, it'll show you what you need to copy-paste.

Heh, yea it's been a while since I've been really excited about an upcoming film and now there's two coming out very soon. As for the book no I haven't but I plan on doing at some point I really want to see the film first, as for in the real story I don't even think he has a son I couldn't find a mention of one anywhere I'm not sure how the book ends and I'd like to keep it spoiler free to be honest haha but I do know that irl he found them and actually forgave them.

That's pretty much a basic going over, there's a LOT I'm missing out, the film is based on the book which differentiates from the true story, in this version he is with his son as well but all the rest still happens, the men kill his son though so that is his motivation in the book and upcoming film. Here's the full story and trailer if your interested. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hugh_Glass http://youtu.be/LoebZZ8K5N0

It's a true story stet in the 1820's about a fur trapper named Hugh Glass who's group was attacked by native Americans on a fur-trading venture. After they escaped they ditch their boats and travel in land, one morning Hugh is out foraging when he accidentally disturbs a bear with cubs, Hugh is badly mauled (seriously bad, broken leg, punctured throat, broken ribs as well as exposed ribs on his back). His men kill the bear but the leader of the group says he won't make it as they are in the wilderness and tells two people to stay behind and give him a proper burial when he dies. The two men eventually decide it's best to just throw him in the hole and let him die so they can catch up to the group, Hugh wakes up in the hole left for dead by his friends drags himself out and literally craws about 200 miles to the nearest American settlement fixing himself and surviving along the way. Once back in civilisation and healed he sets out back into the wilderness to find the men that left him for dead to get revenge.

Yeah, both accounts belonged to the same person. They're banned, and we'll be banning any other accounts that turn out to be theirs. So yeah, no need to worry about them, they're just a really dedicated troll.
By Tineid on Dec 23, 2015 at 11:52 AM
I wouldn't worry too much about it yet. I've seen people keep multiple accounts, then pretend one of their accounts took the other one over to prove their "hacking" skills. I'm going to remain skeptical for now.

Thanks, and yeah, I saw that. I'm talking to staff about it.
