Greetings, feline enthusiasts, and happy Friday! As you guys get ready for the last workday of the week, we're back on schedule with all the feline content you could ever need. We'd been thinking long and hard about what to write about and/or what to dedicate the following article to. And then one magical morning we were scrolling through Twitter and found this adorable thread and it hit us… cat bleps.
There are countless reasons for a cat to stick their tongue out. Some cats blep because something is stuck in their teeth after lunch, others blep because the catnip hit, and some simply forget to put their tongue back in their mouth. Regardless of the reason, all we can say is that these tiny hooligans never fail to amaze us. And this is exactly why we love cats so much; they don't even have to try that hard to make us smile. All they gotta do is stick their little tongue out.
"Moom, why is my food bowl empty again? It was just two seconds ago you poured me some food and now it's suddenly gone. Do you have any idea how this could have ever happened? Because I sure don't…."
This cutie, for example, we're sure she's blepping to get something in return. She knows she's cute and she's not afraid to use it. And so she does a blep, puts on her best puppy dog eyes, and waits for her mom to give her some treats.
