St. Patrick's Day is right around the corner, and one way to celebrate this holiday is to recognize the "Luck of the Irish." There are many animals that are considered to bring good fortune across multiple cultures...but they don't all have what seems to be that good ol' Irish luck. Here are a number of lucky animals that aren't living up to their reputation.
Don't Look! Nobody Saw Anything!
Elephants are considered to be bringers of fortune and wealth. It's too bad this one seems to have ventured into an area where nobody can afford to fix those dang slippery pot holes in the road!
Frogs have been a sign of prosperity and the bringers of rain for rich and bountiful crops. They're also a symbol of safe travel...I don't think this kind of travel is what a frog would consider "safe."
Seeing a lizard scurrying away is said to be a sign to tell you to flee trouble as well, before it occurs...this kitten didn't take the hint.
