Are you a wizard but stuck practicing spells alone in your parent's basement?
Go to Poland!
About 200 Harry Potter fans from 11 different countries met up this past November in a massive live action role playing event at the Polish castle of Czocha (aka The Czocha College of Witchcraft and Wizardry.)
Inspired by the J.K. Rowling series, the event was organized by a group of volunteers from Denmark and Poland. Those who attend the 4-day retreat are split into one of 5 houses (Durentius, Faust, Libussa, Molin, and Sendivogius) and work towards passing their S.P.E.L.L. (Senior Protective Enchanter's Lifelong License) exam.
The next event is scheduled for April 16 - 19, 2015 and costs about $345, so buy your plane tickets or warm up your brooms now!
