Browser Extension App of the Day: Secretbook

Built as an Oxford University research project, Secretbook is a Chrome app that utilizes steganography to allow Facebook users to hide secret messages in their photo uploads. 21-year-old creator Owen Campbell-Moore released a draft of his algorithm on April 7th, detailing how he replicated Facebook's photo compression in order to encode messages within the images.
