It is weird... ginger males are the most laid back in Oz. The MC's probably wouldn't lower themselves to do something so plebian lol

My Other Half is beernbiccies and he's gone mad on here....makes more lols than I do ROFL!! That's strange, most of our females have been more laid back than the males. And our MCs loved playing with water! Maybe it's how we breed them? Our Vet told us that Torties in the UK are friendly lumps, but in Oz they are totally fiesty. Wierd!

Yep, Turks are very high energy, very intelligent and VERY demanding LOL Unfortunately none of them swum, put they all loved to play with water, in the sink, in the bath, in the pool, in the shower, the toilet....you get the picture. They were a bit more stand offish than our MCs, but maybe that was because they were all males and the MCs were both females. Are male MCs affectionate?

Oh yes, MCs are good at the you are the servant stuff, that's for sure!!! But Turkish Vans are beat them hollow!!! Otto our first Turk had every one totally trained. Our cleaning lady would let him ride on the mop and the broom and the man who did our gardening would let him sit on his shoulders playing catchy with the weeds he was tossing backwards. It was good training for owning an MC!!! LOL

Oh Maine coon cats are sooo fantastic !!!! Someday I would love to have one .... for now so funny, we keep getting adopted by other kitties ! They just show up except for the 1 @ the shelter for 1 1/2 yrs who wouldn't let us leave w/o her. We were there cuz we had an 17 yr ol adopterd who wasn't happy w/ the 2 mos adopterd, so we literally needed a buffer . Happily we got targetd by a 'shy' tuxedo who never postured before. "Weathah's cold" right now we're still waitin on spring. We did get to do a stroll along an ocean front rd t'day, it's 'bout 15 min walk to Waterman Beach. That's St. George Penninsula, just south of Rockland ( tha big city of approx 7.000.... yep :) You'd love August/Sept.!

Thanks for extending the paw of friendship and the congrats. I like to use the moniker on the sites in which I am incognito. My daughter's ex began to hassle her through her blog so she now blogs under an assumed name. I followed suite so nobody could track her through me.

Yup, all my cats are boys, and my name comes from my "bestest" friend I ever had, Boo Boo, who was a Maine Coon mix I had the privilege to live with for 21 years!
