Nice to see you hear, Molly! I was just thinking about you the other day when they showed that fantastic light show going on in London. I saw you write something to Sylvia - thought I'd mention that she's the one who's sick. Her cancer has returned and she's battling it with everything she's got - just started chemo so hasn't been here in a week or more but we're hoping she'll feel strong enough next week to make an appearance. If you're friends with catsuberalles, you can check his lols out and get the news about her. He's been very good at keeping us all informed. Please don't wait so long to visit here again! =)

I'll know more tomorrow after his appointment. He does not intend to be a difficult patient, but he just will not stay in bed! Often, when I'm asleep, I know he gets up instead of yelling when he needs something. His doctors have warned him of dire consequences if he gets up too often. He's eating now and has no signs of infection, so I'm optimistic. The veterans' hospital kept him as long as they could, and when they released him, he had eighteen jars of medicine to take! They're taking no chances.

It's an honor to be invited, but, by phenomenally bad coincidence, I must decline (RATS!) I've never been to that town but I'd do that long drive had I not recently taken in an old soldier. What few family members he has are either too old or disabled to see to it that he does not skip meals or medicine during his recovery from surgery. I live "in the sticks" and none of my neighbors have both the time and the temperament to look after him for me. It's great to know that your work is being screened here. Pennsylvania is full of haunted places and odd place names (Burnt Cabins, Mars, and Gap, for example), so your work plus Pennsylvania plus Halloween has to be a winning combination. Hope you knock 'em dead! : 7 )

Sorry, I get so used to using acronyms around here cuz I am too lazy to type it all out :) Unexpected and unexplained deaths are particularly hard. Final toxicology and pathology reports are still not in - takes months sometimes I guess. The kids are handling it pretty well and fortunately it has been a very active summer for them as keeping busy is a good thing in this situation..

Molly - how wonderful to hear from you! I hear u on the passwords. I do the unthinkable and unforgivable to an IT guru - I have a cheat sheet I hide in my house an take with me on the road cuz I can't remember all the flipping things either :) When they changed the DB, anything under the links portion no longer shows up to anyone looking at your profile info. U need to put the link right in ur basic profile info. A lot of big life changes for us but moving to be close to son and gkids is the right thing to do at the right time (DIL passed away suddenly at 47 late May). Hope all is well with u and hubs and ur enjoying a nice summer. On vacay right now with son and gkids but will check out the link when I have more time to catch ur new creativities.
