Hey TuuttiKuutamo! Congratulations to your team on winning the debate plus getting a great drade! How do you like learning Swedish? My dad took a couple Swedish classes in college so he speaks a few phrases and I know he loved learning it. My Easter was good- very low key. How was yours? How has your April been? Today my fiance and I went to a town about 20 min away called Buda as this weekend is the Weiner Dog Races! We watched daschunds run down a short track painted in a field and one of our friends' families were racing their two dogs. It was a lot of fun and pretty hilarious (there are YouTube videos if you are curious). Hope all is well!!

Hi Tuutti Im so glad you still lurk at cheezburger. Dont worry about late answer, im the one who is always too slow to answer. Hope you got lots of noms at Easter, maybe lamb or moose meat. The magpie problem sounds complicated. If its true they make two nests, everything is ok and they just went to the other one. Hope so. Anyway all the burds, even magpies are protected during the nesting. Poor little one, stay indoors. We tried to check the cottage last weekend but it was impossible, too much snow. And the snow was wet and soft, sinking at every step. Its not a time for kitteh outdoor life. The summer comes, im pretty sure, saw the first dunnock at Easter and it was so cute so cute. Hope you get more birds you could observe and who knows, maybe the magpies come back. Enjoy the sun and spring!

Hey TuuttiKuutamo! Sorry for the delay in responding! School has been very busy but now I'm on spring break. Just staying around home and relaxing. I also started volunteering with an animal rescue group near my house-- I walk dogs in their shelters and also take pictures of their cats and dogs so people can see them online and adopt them. :) Glad to hear the gingerbread house tasted as good as it looked! Hope you have had a great few weeks! What have you been up to? How is the English class going? Debating is a great skill, I used to do it in high school. The competitive nature of it is definitely tricky especially when you are first learning how to do it. That's awesome you are doing it in a second language. Hope all is well with you and your kitteh.

Hi Tuutti So nice to hear you keep on birdwatching. I think counting is something for hoomins. Kittehs just enjoy the living. And you have a great place at windowsill! But be aware of big birds, hawks etc. Spring is really coming, some days were so warm, snow melted a little. A squirrel visited the birdies feeding place. At first we saw only its ears among the snow, then nothing, then ears and finally the whole creature. Amazing how it could climb the stand. And stretched itself head downwards like at a gymnastic show. So nice to watch. I have been at snoeshoe walk and made an old fashioned tiger cake. With grated lemon peels, noms. Hope you had great time and lots of noms. Have an awesome week!

Hey TuuttiKuutamo! I LOVE your gingerbread house, esp the dock with the life preserver and gingerbread fish! Nice work! Hope it was delicious. :) Glad to hear your holidays were great. School starting up again definitely makes for a busy schedule! Mine started up again in the middle of January and it is going so fast already! Lots to do. Thankfully I have my summer internship lined up- I'll be doing management consulting in Dallas (Texas) and I'm excited to do it. I'm glad to have a position I want and not have to worry about recruiting any more! Sorry to hear you had to take your kitteh to the vet, but glad to hear she is healthy! Maybe she was missing the moose meat from her holiday trip? ;) Hope you are having a wonderful weekend and that school is going well!

Hi Tuutti Dont understand "old aunt Lyyti". She obviously doesnt like you much. Maybe jealous since hoomins pat and pamper you and she wants to be queen. Hope you hoomins aunt had storm insurance so she gets help to connect the trees and claims for the damage. Poor one, had to go to the vet but now you can tell everybody you are a completely healthy and brave kitteh :) And of course you can participate birdwatching! You can even make your own rules if you like. You saw pigeons so you have one point for it. Maybe magpies visit the balcony too. You hoomins could count birdies for you since hoomins are better with numbers. And when the spring comes, with all the migratory birds, just wait. Yeah, i had a birdful week, have seen sparrowhawk, redpolls and even two chaffinches. Redpolls are cute with their red forehead and throat. You must absolutely tell me how your birdwatching progresses :) Have a great week, full of noms!

Hi thanks for the collectible :) I used what coins I had left to get a few more. You know I've got lots of spares, and a lot of older stuff. so if you know people who like to trade then send them my way.

Hope you had a great Christmas and a wonderful new year so far! Moose meat and other noms sound like good incentives for your kitteh so she will behave on trips. :) I had a fun Christmas with my mom and sister and got to spend New Year's Eve with three of my close friends and our boyfriends (two of them live in California and one lives in Houston, Texas). It's been a good holiday break. Now it's back to interview prep (I have two next week and two more the following week for summer internships) and relaxing a bit before classes start again in a couple weeks. How about you?

Happy new year Tuutti! Hope you had nice train trip, no goggies. May i guess, you visited your aunties? How was your Christmas, any new toys? My new "toy" is starting birdwatching again. The "yearpoints" start at zero and every bird must be counted, magpies, jays, crows, tits and sparrows. Did you have the storm? Here in Helsinki only some trees were fallen but about 10-20 kilometers from here the electricity was away at boxing day, whole day. I bought also my formal shoes at normal prize, you know autumn was coming and it was cold. At 15. of january all the ciollectibles should be available at prize of one coin. I think the thermometers are now more rare. Have a great week!

Yay! Glad the birthday weekend went well. That's amazing that your kitteh goes on train trips! My kittehs would make lots of noise and be angry the whole time. I bet your kitteh is happy to be able to spend the holidays with you and your parents instead of being left at home. Hope you and your family have a great Christmas and happy new year!!
