Re: "Happy Endings" - many of the episodes do actually have happy endings. I can't remember if all of them do. I checked the channel guide for next week and it's not on at all. They may be waiting to show the new, new episodes towards the end of September. I think there is also no show two weeks from now. You have to see the episode with "Missy" (the actress who Sheldon's sister). It's the first show after the pilot episode where Dave and Alex split up at their wedding. "Missy" is Dave's first date. Hi cheez-pal!! I saw DJ last night. His busy schedule did allow him to squeeze in a few minutes with me. I gave him pets and hugs. Then I tapped the seat of the "bar height" chair I was standing next to and he jumped up on it. I continued lavishing him with affection. His people had just returned from vacation the day before, so I guess he was in the mood for being fussed over. He also wants to make sure he gets back on his regular feeding schedule of 7 meals a day, plus 3 snacks, as soon as possible. I did not have any food to contribute to this. But he seemed happy to be petted by me. The m other told me there has been a fox sighted in their backyard, so they are being cautious with his being outside. I hope he is carrying a gun, or at least a knife or pepper spray. and the tutoring session with his sister Jillian went well. I am helping her prepare to take the PSAT standardized test (a warm-up for the regular SATs) in October. She is doing well And concerning "Happy Endings, the thing with the A,E,I,O,U cookies was funny. There haven't been many shows before this one, with the sisters' troubled relationship as one of the main plot points. In one earlier episode, Jane decides that she should be the one to pick Alex's new room-mate, after she has split with Dave. It didn't work out well at all. I'll try to message you again later. I am going to DJ's house tonight. I don't know his exact schedule for the evening, but I hope I will get at least a few minutes with him. We may get grazed by a hurricane this weekend. I hope it won't be too intense. I'll give you a full DJ report tomorrow. There's a new Futurama on tonight, if you can find it on your cable - Fry re-introduces the common cold to the future world of the 30th century.

Hey cheez-d00d!! Whazzup? Do you have your nose to the grindstone today. Don't let it get worn down (haha). Did you see Happy Endings last night. It was a new episode. It was OK, with some funny parts. But a few flat spots also. They officially start their new season in the latter part of September. Have you heard any news on when BBT starts? Do you think AFF will be back this season? I saw it was 99 degrees in Winter-peg on Tuesday (according to the newspaper). Wow that's toasty. We haven't had that kind of heat since the middle of July. I did not feel the Tuesday earthquake at all. I guess there was real damage in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington D.C. Mostly some nervous people up here. I was not interviewed by TV news for my personal reaction to this East Coast Quake, me being a veteran of many west coast quakes when I lived in the L.A. area (ha-ha). I could tell you stories..... I started watching a new TV show that I like. It's Combat Hospital. It's about an army medical facility in Afghanistan. The Colonel who is in charge wears a Canadian maple leaf on his uniform. Flash: Happy Endings is on TONIGHT !!! Not sure of the time for you. Maybe 8:30 where you are. My channel guide says it's a new episode. I guess most of them are new for you.
