.....congratulations on your IMMD FP. I have actually not looked at the front-page for that group, just the make-a-lol available pictures. Your weekend sounds a lot more exciting than mine was (except for my bike ride). If I moved to Winter-peg and I was lucky enough to join you on 5% of your social activities (I could be your chaperone on some of your dates, for example), my social life would be on the upswing !!! .........

Hey cheez-amica!! Thanks for the cheez messages, and the favoriting's, and the collectibles, and the nice comments to my lols, and the new bicycle you sent me, ...... and probably some other stuffs you did for me also, that I am forgetting!! Sorry to hear about the passing of the leader of the New Democratic Party. It is hard to lose someone you admire. I will read his last letter. My weekend was pretty slow. No one to tutor, no friends to visit. I did go for a nice bike ride, on Saturday. That was about it for excitement, unless I am forgetting something. No Oscar or DJ encounters. Oscar hairball moment wasn't too bad. He did not make a lot of noise and he was far enough away that I did not see it close-up. (And it wasn't shown on replay - haha) Hurley's eating hair gel out of your hair was a bit odd. Oscar/Rick's house is the most modern math-house I go to. There are bigger and fancier math-homes, but they have a more traditional layout. One house I go to looks like a hotel. (But no one offers to carry my bag with all the math-stuff in it.) Next door to Rick, there is a small farm with goats or sheep, and I think they said there was a llama who guards them against other animals. But I never saw it..........(tbc)

You're welcome. :) It sounds like it! Sorry he is gone... there isn't a whole lot of positive ( he's a non-mudslinger- i presume) out there.

I personally didn't feel anything, but news is saying that some in S.C. did. My hubby works for TV/Media Co. headquartered in Richmond VA. They're going nuts there. At least Patrick's not there ! Hurricane expert on CNN says could feel aftershocks WEEKS later, but most likely not noticed. S.C. does not need an earthquake, aftershock , or NUFFIN with hurricane Irene headed for our coast on Friday/ Saturday !!!!!

Not corny at all. That's how we still feel about John Kennedy; just ask an American where they were when he was shot. I was in my tenth grade (I'm 64) class when the announcer said he had been shot. We all sat in shock and silence for however long, I still don't know, it took to say he had died. The only Catholic in the school sat beside me. She screamed and fainted. She read about it my book and 40 years later she explained that he was their hope to bring Catholicism into the mainstream. Apparently he did it. The sad death of a profoundly loved person, may I mention Princess Di, shocks everyone. Only because they had such a great impact on the hearts and minds of those who grieve.

When I saw the photo, my first thought was how straight he looked you in the eye. Most politicians don't do that. I was very intrigued. I asked another Canadian friend, who she said is not NDP and she still liked him and mourned his loss. Politics! Can't live with 'em, can't kill 'em all. The only thing Obama has said that I agree with is America is not broken. American can do anything. It's the politics that is broken. I don't know about Canada, but I sure hope not. Sad loss for you. I am so sorry for you and for what he could have achieved for your country and didn't make it that far.

Yo-Yo cheez-d00d!! What's going on? What have you been up to? How is my favorite Canadian kitteh Porsche? Are you and she still playing the George Foreman Grill-Box hide-and-seek game? I have not seen any math kittehs since the Oscar close encounter. Are you still watching Happy Endings? My channel guide says the show on Wednesday is new. I guess it could be. I hope you get to see the Jazz-Kwan-Do episode sometime. Your home-girl gets to show off her dancing skills. so what else is going on? Hardly seeing any students for tutoring in the past few weeks. I hope it will pick up by in October and beyond. I see it's gotten warm in Windy-peg for today and also tomorrow. It's warm and dry here - nice. Well, keep in touch. Let me know how it's going. Your fromage-friend, Renny
