Having adult problems means not caring so much about the things that used to paralyze you when you were young and naive, like being caught wearing the same pair of jeans twice in the same week or having your crush find out you have a picture of him on your wall that you kiss every night before bed... So this isn't exactly something to look forward to, but I suppose it's good to know. Sometimes we can be so reckless when we injure ourselves. Once you hit a certain age you realize these issues aren't just... disappearing, they like to linger. But hey, if we have a permanent bruise we can just tell people they're tattoos.
